1. Pastor will be at Makeni main this Sabbeth

3.Music fellowship on 29th April, 2012. At Chilogolo SDA Church, to attend (without fail) are all singing groups in the district.

4. ZBUC AMO Rally will be on 29th April to 5th May 2012 at Kabwe Trades Training Instuitute. Lodging fee is K70,000 Per person. Deadline for payments is 15th March

5. In view of the above (4) the federation is requesting respective AMO Societies in local churches to cotribute K150,000, companies K75,000 towards food. Transport to and from kabwe = K60,000, pay by 15th March,2012

6. CZC Dorcas rally will be from 1st to 7th July, 2012 at Mulugushi University. 1st come 1st serve, Venue accommodates only 3000 delegates so pay now K210,000. Deadline for payments is 30th May, 2012

7. Mbala Camporee: All those registered & going for this Camporee and your church all company has contributed the requested amounts you can now pay the K290,000 by Sabbeth 31st March, 2012. But if your church has not contributed & you registered and still want to attend, you have to pay K370,000 to the leadership. Note that only those who will comply with this shall be allowed to travel

8. Adventurer's Fellowship at makeni main on 8th April, 2012. Time 09hrs, K2,000 per child

9. Young adults and MG,s quiz, Debate & Eassy writting Day at John laing north on monday 9th April. Time 09hrs. Participation fee K2,000 per person.

10. VOP. Graduation ON 14th April 2012 at makeni central, time 14hrs. Churches send the names of the graduates to secretariet and help them with transport

11. Registration for male circumcision: Churches register your members who may want that service, age limit 15 years and above. Promotions will be on 14th April, 2012 at Makeni central and John laing main, time 14years (come and hear more).

12. Sabbeth school leaders start promoting 3rd & 4th quarter study prepaid orders, deposit into CZC account. Prices are still K18,000 Adults and K11,000 children's, Power point study = K13.000.
